What counts as an upload?
Each document you submit for AI analysis counts as one upload — whether it's a violation notice, meeting minutes, financial statement, or any other HOA document. Uploads reset monthly.
Can Basic members join my community for free?
Yes. Anyone can join a community with a join link at no cost. Basic members can see the community roster and read shared discoveries. They need to upgrade to Homeowner or above to upload documents and actively contribute.
How do milestone rewards work?
Super Heroes who create communities earn discounts as paid members join. At 10 paid members you save $15/month. At 30 you cut your bill in half. At 100 paid members your access is completely free. Only Homeowner-tier and above members count toward your milestone.
What happens to my community if I downgrade from Super Hero?
Your community stays active and members retain their access. You would lose admin controls and the ability to manage the roster. Contact us before downgrading and we'll help you transition.
